Fat Loss 4 Idiots, also know as Fat Loss
for Idiots, sounded too good to be true but we gave it a shot. We did
two tests one for a male and another for a female. The man did in fact
lose the weight, in fact 9.5 lbs to be exact. The woman didn't lose as
much, she "only" lost 7.25 lbs.
Either way the results were stunning.
Of course, there are some positives and negatives within the diet.
Some of the positives:
- Quick weight loss
- Weight loss starts within 1 to 2 days
- The number of pounds that are shed
- You choose the foods you want to eat
- The wide range of foods that you can include in the diet
- The convenience of having your meals be chosen for you
- You can eat 4 meals a day
- There is a special veggie version available for vegetarians.
and a few negatives:
- You can't overeat
- The generated meals will occasionally have strange combinations
of food
- Its not a miracle weight loss product and still takes some
will-power (but only for a short time)
All things considered, the most important fact was that in indeed
worked. These are the results that we achieved and may or may not be

The product comes with two sections:
- The Diet Handbook - This will give you 10 Rules of
dieting. Some of these rules are obvious. Some of the rules aren't
so obvious. Some of the rules or information may seem too "simple"
to work, but the truth is that it's often the simplest and most
basic ideas that work the best. This is a nice bonus in addition to
the actual Diet Generator. Which takes us to the 2nd item that comes
with your purchase
- The Diet Generator -
A great aspect of the diet is that you are able to choose from a wide range
of foods. The Diet generator asks you to select from many foods. It
will calculate the best combinations and timing in which to eat
these foods. This is a tremendous help in getting you to achieve
your goals of losing weight. This diet is based upon the concept of
calorie shifting. Calorie Shifting is a system in which your
metabolism will remain running high but in which you'll still lose
fat fast. Calorie Shifting is a way in which you constantly rotate
your food thereby tricking your metabolism so it remains running
high and burning a lot of fat.
